The principals of The Gables Development Group at Gainesville LLC and The Gables Acquisition LLC, Peter Wenzel and Gary Burman, have more than 50 years of commercial and residential real estate experience. Mr. Wenzel's 33 years in the industry includes the acquisition, development, conversion and sales of more than ten condominium project in Florida, involving more than 24 separate condominium associations. Mr. Burman has been involved in the real estate and finance community in Florida since 1974, including the development of a 20-story Coral Gables condominium project. Mr. Wenzel and Mr. Burman recently completed the successful conversion of 276 condominium homes in Phase One of The Landings at Belle Rive in Jacksonville, Florida and 354 condominium homes in Tampa, Florida known as Courtney Palms. They are presently developing a 286 condominium project in Sarasota known as Turnbury Park at Palm Aire, building 96 townhome condominium units in Jacksonville, and a 168-unit luxury townhome condominium conversion in Gainesville, Florida.
